Found a great new product at my favourite middle-eastern market a few weeks back called Middling Rice, manufactured/distributed by Cedar Phoenicia here in Canada.
I have used it as an ingredient in my breading mix when making schnitzels. Gives the breading more texture in my opinion, kind of like potato flakes. It’s not expensive either, so it’s a good item to source out for your gluten-free kitchen stock.
